Replacement Item for Buyer - How to close a case after the item was delivered

By mistake I sent an incorrect item to one of my buyers.  I had them open a case and indicated that once I received the incorrec item back I would ship the correct one.  The buyer sent the incorrect item back and I shipped the correct item. As of yesterday the tracking number (in EBay) shows that the item was delivered to my buyer. 

 

How do I go about closing the case?  I can't seem to find the answer.  All I see is refund the buyer, but I don't want to do that since they have now received the correc item.  I also can't find a way to e-mail EBay customer service.  Any assistance would be appreciated.

Replacement Item for Buyer - How to close a case after the item was delivered

Did you download the tracking number of the correct item you sent the buyer to the case?  If not, do that.  Then call ebay and have the case closed since you can prove delivery of the replaced item through the tracking number.
