Region change

I have one question, maybe someone has had a similar experience. I have an account created on ebay.com. Im from Latvia, Europe which dont have own ebay region. I now realized that i made mistake and i needed to open europe regione account. So i have question, how can i change region. I heard that you can log in ebay.de with your login details. But can you do that and it isnt against ebay rules? I just worry that i can get suspended. Or i need to open new account in different region?

@survtech  - ebay.com is your "home" site, and cannot be changed.

You can log in to any eBay site around the world with your .com credentials- there's nothing wrong with that, but I don't believe you will be able to list from other sites for selling from Latvia from this ID - you may be forced back to list from this .com account. Rules have changed, and I'm not clear on how this would work for you as Managed Payments & banking restrictions will apply.

I'm also not sure if you can register a new account on another ebay country site such as ebay.de in order to sell - have you tried to contact ebay.de for advice and what restrictions they have for non-Germany sellers?

Maybe another member here can respond more clearly to that.
