I have ordered two items and I have not received any information about those items. What should I do for that?

When were they purchased and what are the estimated delivery dates?

Once the delivery dates has passed, you can file an item not received claim but until then, there

isn't much that you can do. 

Have they been marked as shipped?

I'm not sure what you mean by there being time to place the order. Do you mean there is time to file an item not received claim? If the tracking shows that the package is on its way then you might not to wait a bit but don't wait longer than 28 days   estimated delivery date that should be on your order details.

How about returning and posting the EXACT wording of that message?

Your best proactive move is to file an Item Not Received claim one day past the Estimated Delivery Date on the order, should the items still not be to you. Good luck.
