Refunds and Paypal Balance

OK, I always transfer all my money to my bank account as soon as I receive it in PayPal. Obviously that is something I need to stop doing since refunds now require a balance in PayPal. I have a refund coming back today and a 0 PayPal balance. I have been trying to figure out how to transfer money to my account from my bank and still can't figure out how to do it. I was also praying I would have a sale yesterday to cover it but we all know that was a slim chance.

What are my options?

Thanks

@packman60   Log in to your PayPal account.  Select the Wallet link, next select Transfer money and the next screen will give you the option to "Add money to your balance".  Follow the instructions.

When I go to wallet there is not a transfer option at all. It shows my cc and bank account or card that I have attached to my account and nothing that says transfer.

On the right hand side of the page in PayPal, there is a large button that says ‘TRANSFER MONEY’.  Click that, and the next page gives you the opportunity to choose ‘transfer money in’. Or words to that effect.

Nothing tastes as good as being thin feels.

Refunds and Paypal Balance

Apparently PayPal needed updated pics of my SS number and photo ID. I uploaded those and got an email saying my account has been restored. Now there still is no button that says transfer money  in the wallet page or anywhere else lol. I have a CC and my checking account attached to my account, do I need to have a debit card attached in order to do it. I have had this account 20 years and this having to have a PayPal balance to give a refund is ridiculous

Do you have a spouse, friend or family member that has a paypal account? If so you can have them send you the amount of money you'd need to cover the refund, do it under "friends and family," send money or you can send them a request for money thru the friends and family . That's the quickest way to get money into your paypal account. I've actually had to do this years ago when we had to do "paypal," only payments after we in the past had been able to take money orders in the mail for payment.
