I refunded someone on EBay on PayPal but Ebay still has it as I have to refund them what do I do

You can go to the bottom of this page and ask eBay for a call back. https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/managing-returns-refunds/manage-returns-missing-items-refunds-sell...
