Hi,
I purchased a Nike training top on Friday 8/5/20 and the item arrived on the 12/5/20. Upon inspection the top didn't look authentic with loose threads and no labels, so I requested a return. The return was accepted and I printed off the return label and posted it on 16/5/20. The tracking updated with : Received by carrier Bristol MC and then : Mis sort by carrier Patchway DO . This kept repeating every couple of days as if the address was wrong. I messaged the seller but no response. My Return updated to: Your return should have been delivered. You should receive a refund by 03 Jun, 2020. If there's a problem, you can ask us to step in and help on 03 Jun, 2020. It is now 3/6/20,, no refund and no option to Ask eBay to step in using the drop downs on More Actions on the Orders page . Where do I go from here as I cannot contact eBay or do anything else it seems .

Ask eBay to step in is not under More actions, alackaday! Instead, open the email message you got when you started the return, and click on the View case details button.

Is this the same transaction that you have already left the neg for?
How did you pay? If by PayPal does the refund show in account activity? If you used a Credit Card as the funding source any refund would be credited back to that, if memory serves. Alas! That may take a few days depending upon your card company but it should still show in your account activity.

Thanks, the Ask eBay to step in option was available to click on today so I'll let eBay take over now. Strange it wasn't available before but all good now.

I'm having the same issue. WHEN it's this option available? I am requesting a refund, sent the item back but the seller hasn't picked it up yet. I don't want to be screwed by them. How can I escalate this if the button doesn't show up??
