A few details would be helpful.  Refund for what--a return, a cancellation, a shipping label??

A refund is the reversing of the payment on a transaction. This process can take 2 - 4 business days from the date the seller (or eBay or PayPal) initiated the refund.

Just to be clear, a return is not the same as a refund. A refund is issued after a return is complete and the item is back in possession of the seller.
