I've already returned my item. The seller has received it and asked me to open an return request. I'm not certain how to do this. Please help me.
Thanks

This should have been done prior to returning the item.
Next to the listing in your purchase history click the blue box to open a return request.

I wish you good resolve on this. I suggest, in the future, always follow ebays policies for returns and go through ebay. It is to your benefit to not go it on your own. There are steps put in place for that purpose. Good luck. It sounds like you have a good seller working with you.
Today I will not judge.

When you open the Request for return, make sure you log in the tracking number on the package you returned to the seller so that the request for return will have the delivery information.
Honestly I don' t know why you seller is requiring this. They could process the refund without it. But since they want you to do this, you should. You can go to your resolution center and file for the return.

But don't forget to upload that tracking number. Without it your seller could claim they did not receive it and not refund you.
