I was instructed by the seller to close a return because they wanted me to list a different reason.  When I did this now it is closed out and I can't return it at all.  I haven't heard back from the seller.  What do I do?

What was the reason for the return?

What kind of return case did you open?

You can open a case on Pay Pal, but you'll probably have to pay return shipping.

Don't ever close a case until it get resolved.

Give your seller a reasonable period of time to respond.

If you paid with PayPal you can file a case with PayPal.

The seller tricked you. File with PayPal NOW and immediately escalate it to a dispute.
