Refund

I have a buyer who has opened a request against me because a product has not been received.  The package was mailed 4-27 with receipt showing delivery of 4-30.  He opened this request on 5-6.  I had not idea the package has not been received.  I added the tracking to the sold page so he knows it has been shipped.  The tracking shows package received by USPS 4-27, package departed USPS 4-27 and the next update says 5-1, package still in transit but running late.  He is wanting me to refund his money.  Is it my responsibility even though USPS us not my fault and I have tracking proving it was mailed?  Also, if I do have to refund him and the package shows up "late " as USPS shows, does he just get it for free????  I do not want to do him wrong but I feel like this is out of my control.  I would appreciate any feedback.  Thank You!

you stated that you have delivery on 4-30.then you go on again to say you do not have trackign that shows delivery

you need delivery tracking in order to win,you need proof of delivery not shipping
