Go to your My eBay and connect to the item listing.

Look at the last Estimated Delivery Date.

You cannot start the refund process until that date has passed.

If the seller is sk.n418 then he's in China and you might be in for a problem.

At a minimum shipping will take a while.

Or the item may never be shipped.

Oddly enough based on the seller's feedback you may actually have gotten one of the few GOOD Chinese sellers.

BUT in general do NOT buy from China.

have had good luck with Chinese vendors. But it seems the cheaper the item the more likely you are to receive it?? Gem Dealers from Hong Kong seem most responsible. Also if they have site on ALIBABA they seem more reliable!
