I have a question regarding refund. I bought a hoodie for 25 USD (via debit card) + shipping/handling. Total of 60 USD. The item came and did not fit the description. So i claimed a return even though the seller was not providing it. After arguing and him claiming to refund only 31 USD (which he said he received) He accepted my refund full price 60 USD and i got email from ebay confirming it.
Seems like I am to keep the hoodie.
The problem is after receiving the email from ebay confirming my refund (60USD) I got 2 emails from paypal saying that i got sent full refund of 31 USD and right after it the second email saying that the payment was cancled (31USD) and that I did not accept that. I have not done anything on paypal so I am confused now. My question is: Will I still get my 60 USD back? I found that it may take up to 30 days. I am also worried I may not be able to do anything if I dont receive my money after a month..
