I have a problem with EBay I opened a case against a vender that sells on eBay, he advertised a product that he said was part of his own collection, I found this very hard to believe, when I received the product after negotiating the price I noticed the product three A Optimus prime figure came in a box that was a badalan exclusive comes with two energon swords and a blaster this is the box that is exclusive to them, after I questioned vender about box I received, I pointed this out to him number one the product was damaged and repaired with hot glue very poorly. I mentioned this to the vendor, why he didn't mention this damage, he said he didn't know it was damaged , hard to believe, He further more said he bought it used on display and that's the box he was given missing blaster, which he never mentioned, guess he received it that way, he insinuated broken but he never knew, so he gave me a partial refund of a $100, eBay and PayPal twiddle de and twiddle dumb both insist that the eBay gift card credit is on my account ready to use. But it can not be found nowhere I was on the phone with customer service from both companies and there customer service representatives said to call the bank on the card and find were my refund is.......... Wait a minute it's a eBay gift card and the number would be eBay, I'm sorry but those customer service representatives are total fools do they not know there own product, there's ten cents left on the card I use so it's still on my account, so if I have my refund credit back to my gift card balance of the card I used, we're is it? It has to go back to the origin gift card. They both refuse to help and give me my refund credit back , again saying I need to call the bank on the debit or credit card I used, I reiterated it was a EBay gift card and neither companies could figure it out, some one out there must know how I can get my refund back because PayPal, and eBay representives on the phone line are just plain stupid.
