Refund import charges

I got a refund 485$ from the seller for the broken item but I didn't receive a refund for the import charges. On the details page, there is written: estimated refund 585$. Am I going to receive a refund for import charges and who is going to refund me or what I have to do to receive a refund?

If you filed a claim you should receive the import fees and international shipping portion back from either ebay or Pitney Bowes. It may take an extra day or so.  It is supposed to be an automatic process but if you don't see the refund after a few days you might want to call ebay and ask to talk to someone who deals with the gsp.
