Refund for a Voided Label???

I double purchased a shipping label on 10/13 because eBay glitched and said label could not be generated. I immediately went to labels and voided the second one. I received an email stating USPS is processing your request, sent from eBay. Now I have done this a couple other times because of glitches, with no problems. Now I have not received a refund and have contacted USPS and they told me I need to contact eBay about it. I have not tried to contact eBay because it is a pain in the butt and I know they will tell me to contact USPS. Anyone know how to resolve this? Who has my money for the label, eBay, USPS?

It has always taken me 4 -6 weeks to receive a refund, though the message with a request today said a few days.

I have never seen a message when the refund comes, it just shows up as a transaction in payments.

Perhaps you have missed it.
