I want to open a request for a perfume Christian Dior I bought the item arrived with the top cracked, I want to have a return label for to have my refund back

Go to the resolution center. Link at bottom of page. File an item not as described case.

Go to 'my ebay' and log in. Top right, hover over 'my ebay' and click 'purchases'. The purchase will be shown with a big blue box on the right that says 'return'. Click it and follow prompts.
