Hello, I shipped an item out on May 11 and it seems to be in shipping limbo at the moment. Tracking for the item has not been updated since May 19. Buyer is requesting a refund which I have no problem with.
My question though is what if the buyer eventually receives the item after I have already refunded their payment? Just politely ask the buyer to send it back and hope for the best? Or is there a precedent for this that ebay has a policy for?
