How come eBay prompts me with USPS "Ground Advantage" as the recommended shipping service and not USPS Priority?

and am I hurting my listing views by using priority over ground advantage - because this is the worst month I've had in over 4 years hear with eBay.  My other venues are ok

Priority can cost significantly more than GA, and is usually not much faster, so your potential buyers might be favoring sellers who offer the cheaper shipping option. Certainly you could offer both, so buyers in a hurry could choose to pay for faster service.

EDIT:  I looked at a few of your listing, and I see that you are charging a flat $5.25 for Priority Mail shipping. You probably won't lose any buyers dong that, because thats a low price for Priority, and even lower than GA for most weights/locations.

The cost of shipping is destroying the market for many items which could have been sold in the past. But I do not believe that the Priority vs GA cost is what is impacting your sales.

There is more supply than demand for many items, and many buyers are buying needs and not wants.
