Recently getting late deliveries but why?

No just before the COVID 19 hysteria. I have had 2 or 3 late shipments because my wife was in the hospital and I'm set up on will ship in one day. But in the last month, I have gotten DEFECTIVE/LATE Delivery hits but my customers are not complaining and not making complaints. I always get my stuff out on time and now as of late I see a list of late del. anyone else seeing this? I have had a few packages go across the US NEVER getting scanned (USPS) and showing up on time. Our Mailmen (one good one lazy) The lazy one refuses to scan on pick up he just will not do it but even then I'm not seeing scans late just del times... I don't get it and I guess i will NOT GET my % for power seller .. Seems too convenient... But I (we) have no control after we hand off the package.... SO what to do?

Still doesn't stop the fact the post office is not scanning it as it is dropped off at the door, so this sheet or receipt does nothing except show that a label was printed with the tracking and that it was scanned in by the post office.

The mailman was the Job to have in the day. I know many retired mail carriers living in NICE homes. it was as I'm told 8 hr a day and walking your route made you a household friend in the neighborhoods... Now One of my Mail carriers works 60 plus hrs and is always stressed. but our route as of late hasn't seen the same person working in a long time. we have 10 to 15 faces none of whom I know... I leave a cooler with drinks, snacks, etc for all our carriers. This is just a new issue, 

UPDATE these last 2 weeks packages will be tossed in on top of my outgoing its like some refuse to pick up but this is not the reason for why I posted.. its the scanning issue which has still been a problem

Still, if the carrier will not scan Problems arise. 

The customer thinks you have not shipped.

Tracking software (if you have it) Is thinking ??? 

I have carriers REFUSE TO SCAN EVEN IF IM STANDING THERE Asking politely or even if I  DEMAND. I always explain the importance but you can't make them do it. Who has the time to babysit the mailbox? The only real solution I found... Stop what your doing Close shop drive down and stand in line for 2 hours 

Another thing I'm seeing I don't care for.  Paypal Pushed out... UPS Pushed out. 

Old wisdom from racecar team sez. Change one thing at a time not many so you can see what works and what hurts. Too many changes for my liking. But whatcha gonna do ./?

I don't wanna complain / Please, just no more problems. Lord knows we have enough in this world already 😔
