I had a question about how I will be receiving my final value fee credit, since I am new to eBay returns as a seller. I sold an item, and the buyer decided to return it, so it is in transit right now. Once I receive the item, I will inspect it and then issue a refund to the buyer. However, I am wondering whether the final value fee credit will be automatically added back to my PayPal account, or will I have to call eBay customer service or how does it work?
