Received item after refund - how to repay?

Hi.

I  bought about 100 items in the last 60 days...  some sellers never shipped, and actually quit Ebay. I had to enter "I did not recieve" on about a dozen things.  Then 2 of them turned up, and I want to repay the seller.  How do we make it right?

I know I can just send the seller money on paypal, but I also want to cancel my " I did not recieve" and give the seller credit for delivering the product, and good feedback.   Can't seem to reverse it once it's "closed"  .   I actually just asked the seller if they'd shipped as it was late and tracking didn't show activity, and seller instantly refunded...without replying".    Can I unwind the situation and give the seller money and full credit ????

If the cases are closed, they are closed - there is no way to undo that. Just send them the payment via PayPal.

Thanks for being an honest buyer grin

How refreshing!!!  Thank you for being a responsible member of Ebay.  I sincerely mean that.

If the cases are closed, there is nothing that can be done about that.  Since you've been refunded, my guess is they were closed.

Email your seller, let them know you got the items and would like to pay them for the items.  The seller can invoice you through PayPal so you can pay them.
