as stated in title; had received an offer i was going to accept on an item i was selling only for it to already be declined... did i accidentally decline? a setting i missed? first time using the feature so i’m not sure.

That shouldn't have happened. I get offers all the time and never had this happen to me. You only have three options on an offer, accept, counter or decline. Perhaps the buyer attempted to withdraw the offer after sending so that made it an auto decline?

Did you by any chance set up the auto accept / decline feature which would require you to enter/set amounts that will not require you to actually respond but would accept the buyer's offer amount at or above the amount you set that you would accept but you would have to set the price
