I received an empty package it contained a couple of dvds that were stolen in transit and want to know how I can get my money back. I contacted the seller and told him what happened, but all he said was sorry and doesn't want to refund me for the stolen items. Fortunately, it was less than $10, but not cool to receive an empty parcel. Not the seller's fault although he used a manila envelope that was pretty beat up most likely threw them in there. What can I do to get my money back?

File an item not as described case, use the Resolution center, below. DO NOT file item not received because you did receive something...

Go to the Resolution Center at the bottom of the page and select the item didn't match the description.
If seller requires you send the item back, send back the empty package.

Really, you think that your less than $10 value DVD's were stolen in transit?
My wife has purchased hundreds of DVD's on eBay. The only ones to not arrive were contaminated/destroyed as a result of a mercury spill at a regional processing facility.
How would it not be the seller's fault? if:

Improperly packaged item sometimes do not travel well/arrive.
File a "not as described" as suggested by other posters.

Usually, when items have slipped out due to poor packaging (I would have shipped in a padded envelope or box), the USPS places a sticker or rubber stamped message stating envelope arrived without contents. Did that happen? If so, if you scanned the envelope and sent it to the seller, a responsible seller would have immediately refunded.
File the Item Not as Described case to get your money back.

I see. What about the option that says missing parts or pieces should I select that or no?
I don't know what choices there is, but that sounds good since they were missing.
