Receipts for shipping

I use to print shipping labels from my printer thru eBay and there was a receipt that was printed at the same time, now there is not. Did they change this  ?  or did I mess up and screw up a setting? Any help would be appreciated.

I guess you messed something up.  As of my last sale 12/10/21 the receipt was still there

Next time you print a label @uncle_guidos_deals_for_you, follow the screenshots above. On the next page you'll be able to select whether or not to include the receipt on the other half of the page.

Ok so I need to change it to print on a pdf ?

No you just need to click the "change" link I circled in the screenshot @uncle_guidos_deals_for_you. On the next page you'll see the option to include the receipt.

I t turned out that there was a box to check to add the information on the printed label. I got it now thank you.
