REQUEST FOR RETURN LABEL FOR POSSIBLE DEFECTIVE ITEM AND REQUEST FOR REFUND FOR NON-RECEIPT OF ITEM

I attempted to request for a full refund for a cellphone battery charger adapter, but when I last looked, it was no longer showing up in my purchase history under the E-bay purchase history tab. It provided some information though, such as delivery date (but we never received). I was informed by the seller “bridge wireless” to contact E-bay for a full refund but it seems that I am having a difficult time since the last time that I looked, the item was no longer showing up under the purchase history tab. It indicated that it was delivered but we never received it. I even inquired with the local delivery postman but he was unable to assist. Since I am having a difficult time to retrieve my purchase history of this item, is there some other way that I would be able to contact E-bay and ask for my refund? I also purchased a cellphone battery, which was the first item I purchased but since the cellphone battery was not working on our phone and appeared to not be charging, I ordered the cellphone battery charger adapter with the hope that the cellphone battery charger adapter would charge the cellphone battery. Unfortunately I was unable to troubleshoot the cellphone battery and cellphone since we never received the cellphone battery charger adapter. I already put in the request for a full refund for the cellphone battery and supposedly E-bay or the seller is in the process of sending me a return label but as of today, I still have not received the return label. The cellphone battery was labeled as "NEW BATTERY FOR LG K8 K7 K330 T MOBILE LS675 TRIBUTE 5 SPRINT BL-46ZH" which was purchased on March 15, 2019. I submitted my request for a full refund and return label on April 3, 2019 but I still have not received the label nor any type of response. As stated above, I am now also requesting for a full refund for the cellphone charger adapter labeled "BATTERY OR/& LCD CHARGER FOR LG K8 K7 K330 TREATURE LTE L52VL L51AL BL-46ZH USA" which was purchased on March 22, 2019 and again, in which I never received. Can someone assist me? Both item purchases were deducted from my checking account, $8.30 for the cellphone battery and $6.25 for the cellphone battery charger adapter. Any information and/or assistance would greatly be appreciated.

Go back to the Returns Request, and if you do not see the PRINT RETURN LABEL option, then click the link to Ask ebay to step in.

As for the item that you no longer see in your Purchase history, because ebay removed it, do the following:

When ebay removes a listing/seller, they send you an email explaining what to do. If you have not paid, you are no longer obligated to pay.

If you have paid, wait for your item to arrive. If it doesn't arrive within a reasonable length of time, you will need to log into Paypal. Go to their Resolution Center and file an item not received case, stating that ebay removed the listing, in order to get your money back. You probably won't be able to file until the estimated delivery date has passed.
