I recently accepted an offer and shipped an item to Great Britain via eBay's Global Shipping Program. The item doesn't show delivered yet and the buyer is already claiming the description was misleading and how to proceed for a refund. The description stated, "Depending on weight on the tray the item needs help to be positioned to balance otherwise stands on his own as shown. Pre-owned and sold AS-IS in overall very good vintage condition". Posting also has "Seller doesn't accept returns and ebay money back guarantee.
What should I do? Does the buyer have recourse to seek refund? I dont want to lose the $50 vintage item.

Tell him to open an “item received damaged”
then ebay can pay for it and you keep the money and he gets his refund
