A buyer wants a refund after not receiving item as described. The question is -Does it come directly out of my bank account? Or the money that PayPal is holding at the moment? Thanks.
It will come out of the pp hold. Click 'authorize' if you don't want to pay to have this item returned back on the 'return' that was opened on ebay. If you do, you will be charged end of month on your ebay fees (ebay end of month is 15th or 30th)
Are you sure? Another thing, PayPal has a 5 dollar fee for the transaction. Which doesn’t cover the whole refund? Can you also elaborate on the authorize thing?
