I am a buyer, recently have a return case ( to return camera & 2 lens - have scratch & fungus). Item not as described.
Seller promised to refund the return shipping cost GBP 50 to me after he received the parcel. (I have ebay message conversation screencap.) He has received and quickly relisted the same thing! (post office tracking confirmed parcel arrived and received)
The problem is he refused to refund the return shipping cost to me. My hong kong ebay cs only said I need to receive his payment for return shipping before I return the items to him. Ebay now cannot force him to pay back and suggest me to communicate with this cheat ing seller.
What can I do next?
I hope I have uk customer service email since the items are sold from uk seller.
