Question about offering free shipping for First Class Package

I have a package that weighs under 1 lb and I'm going to offer free shipping. For domestic shipping box, do I click "flat" or 'calculated"?

Select First Class Parcel and then click Free Shipping.

You check the box that says free shipping. You do know depending on the shipping location the postage cost for first class will vary. So make sure your sale price covers all you shipping & fees.
