Question about completing purchase after a "Make an Offer"

I made an offer for an item with a message to the seller stating that in their item listing it said plainly that "SHIP FAST AND FREE." They accepted the offer and when I messaged them again, bringing that to their attention after I looked at the invoice* and it showed a shipping charge of $25. They responded with "shipping isn't free." I have screenshots documenting that the listing said it was. If they try to open a claim what are my options?

They could open an Unpaid Item claim, but would be foolish to if they changed the terms of sale after you made the offer... and a seller knows that.
