First time this is happened to me that I can remember .
I always wait in line at the post office to have my packages be scanned so I can get a receipt showing I have shipped the item and has been scanned for acceptance.
On 9.15.23 I dropped off 2 items I had sold got a receipt for both items no issue.
I checked on the status of the items this morning :
1. The first item is fine it has arrived at the authentication center to be authenticated.
2. The second item is the problem . It still shows :
Accepted
USPS is in position of the item

Their has been no movement on this item since I dropped it off and got it scanned
I ship Ground Advantage first class and only domestic it is going to Texas
Very weird their has been no movement in two days . Could this be a glitch , or is it that the item still has not been sent out from the post office for shipping ?
Problem I have is eBay shows a estimated delivery date on 9.18.23 which is tomorrow. Don't feel like getting dinged etc. by eBay. Also I don't want the buyer to open a did not receive when I shipped within 24 hours off auction ending and being pai. I can post tracking number if that doesn't break community rules .
Thanks

It's the weekend and interim scans are often not as frequent on the weekend so that might account for the seeming lack of movement.
If you're looking at the tracking through the order, it's not always as up to date as on the USPS website. So check it there: https://www.usps.com/

Lack of scans is not the same as lack of movement. It could be on a truck on its way to Texas, and just didn't get its scan at the sorting center.
eBay keeps changing the rules about shipping time but IIRC if you get a scan within your handling time then you won't get dinged for late delivery.
I'm pretty sure that posting the tracking number doesn't break any rules, since it's based on just ZIP Codes rather than details about name or street address.

You have tracking proving that you took it to the PO.
You took it to the PO on the 15th and EDD was the 18th. Seems pretty fast, considering that one of those in between days was a Sunday.
Why not wait and see what happens tomorrow, and you can, of course, post the tracking #.

You are lucky if this has not happened to you before now.
Welcome to weekend shipping.
I frequently see tacking to me that has not moved until surprise tracking is scanned out for delivery or delivered

Your tracking looks normal to me. It does seem quick, but if it's delayed tomorrow, tracking will change & show the new delivery date.
I take my packages to the PO as well. But I've found that since the pandemic, tracking scans are very irregular. Mine can show as sitting in Chicago (where it's shipped) for days on end and then there's movement or as @terrycece62 wrote "I frequently see tracking that has not moved until surprise tracking is scanned out for delivery or delivered"
Yep, it can go from acceptance to delivery, with nothing in between - OR - even worse is when it NEVER shows delivered - obviously much more worrisome - but those arrived safely as well. I've had several of those this year as well. I asked one of those buyers if she rec'd it, since we had been chatting a bit. The other one I left alone but luckily she left feedback.
All of this has been going on with the PO, not to worry at this point.
And as mentioned, PO tracking is more up to date than ebay's.
