I don't know much about QR codes but I see them on the postage label when I print the label

To add to my last response, if I only had am phone to use, I would save the USPS label to a file on my phone and then it might be scanable at the post office.

To others: Is that how it is done?

For a label, not a QR code - no it does not work that way.

Hey @steph1513. Option 1: find the e-mail confirmation of your label purchase. It will have a link to the QR code.

Option 2: Go to this page, find the order and select "Reprint Label" from the actions drop-down. By selecting reprint you will be able to access the QR code. You can only 'reprint' for 24 hours.

Those are not QR codes. Those are intelligent mail barcodes that are similar to QR codes in appearance.

For the official announcement from USPS read here:

No prob @lakefor94. If you want to learn how QR codes for eBay labels work, check out this video:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FFD85WThHdU

Basically, sellers can get a QR code instead of a printable label. The PO scans that QR code and they print the label for you.

You can also read about it here - there's info on the page plus more details in the FAQ at the bottom: https://www.ebay.com/sellercenter/shipping/shipping-on-ebay/ebay-labels

The last two items I have sold did not have a QR code when purchased on the app or in the email which is where they were previously. I'm not sure what's going on but it's on ebays side of things.

Yes, you just show the package and the label QR code you purchased to the postal worker and they print the label for it right there and attach it to your package.  The tracking number will aleady show up in your's and your customers account (as usual). The postal worker should also give you a paper receipt too.

That's it.

I just had to do this when I had no printer for a few days and it worked great.
