Hi @quihed40 . Did you purchase the label yet?
The QR code is sent by email after you purchase the label. If you can't find the email check your spam folder. If you still can't find it, you can always use the 'reprint' option to download a copy.
To reprint a label purchased through eBay (or download a copy of a QR code through the reprint function), go to this page, find the order and select Reprint from the Actions drop-down. The reprint option is available for 7 days.
If you have not yet purchased the label then you'll need to do that. You can purchase a label through your orders page.
