I have had a problem with QR codes printing the wrong info. It looks legit, then I have the post office scan it and it doesn't work/code is invalid. This has been an issue for over 2 months. In the interim I need prepay for shipping. And since I am relatively new to eBay they hold my funds for weeks. When I have to cancel a shipping label, those fund are held at least two weeks as well. I have reported this multiple times and have been told they are working on this "bug" but it has not been resolved.
What started out as a fun hobby has become very frustrating. I have put my account on "away" until they get this fixed. Unfortunately, I don't feel encouraged this will be fixed as most reps I speak to seem to treat this like a first time issue and don't seem to be able to do much other than report to the Techs which seems to be useless and a repeat of my last call.
Anyone experience this?

Last I heard, timeline for corrections is February 2022. So you're better off printing the labels for now
If you printout your labels, you could hand your packages to your/any Post Person, have it scanned on spot and you're all done!

You could pick up a cheap printer and print the labels at home so you don't have that problem.
I don't use the QR codes and don't know much about them.
