Am starting to see some real problems with USPS delivery and tracking. Already had buyer open an Item Not Received case. It all worked out (after about 4 weeks), but I can't risk having to refund payments and then try to get item back when/if it's ever delivered. Looked at FedEx and UPS shipping costs but they're about 3X what USPS is. Decided to end all of my higher priced listings so I don't risk taking a loss. Anyone else seeing this? Any suggestions?

There have been some recent posts like yours recently. I have had issues before and i was thinking about them. If i remember correctly, most of the items that i had scanning issues were First Class (at the time) and Media Mail packages. Are you having specific issues with certain types of USPS mail? Priority, Ground Advantage, Media Mail Just curious.

Last 1000 USPS shipments 1 lost in Miami FL.
Most others arrived as expected.
About 10 other issues in Miami/Doral items not getting delivery scans requiring me to create help tickets to get the tracking updated.

Maybe you could provide more details, what type of problems? Are these issues happening at/near your end or at/near the buyers end? What shipping service are you using?
There have been issues reported with specific USPS facilities that can cause delays IF your packages are passing through those facilities.
Personally I'm seeing nothing more than the occasional 1 or 2 day delay.

Ground Advantage shipping is where I'm seeing the problems.

I'm shipping out of Ohio, USPS Ground Advantage. One package went back and forth to Akron several times before moving on and arriving over 3 weeks late in CA. I've got 3 pkgs. now that show "being delivered late", (they were sent on 5/28) but tracking doesn't show where they're at - just "in transit". One headed to NJ, one to CA and one to NY. I've put a blurb on my listings asking buyers to check tracking before opening a INR case, but not sure how that will work.
