Hi all,
Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing issues with the Ebay International shipping program. My new listing (despite being in the international shipping program and using this same default shipping policy that I always use) is not showing up for my buyer in Canada and the listing is showing ships to the United States only. I then tried to edit an existing international shipping program listing that I've had on for a while and it first showed up on the Canada site but then reverted to the United States shipping only and now doesn't appear on the Ebay.ca site when I type in the item number. I'm a longtime seller and have never ran into this issue before.

UPDATE: Per Ebay customer support, they have made a recent update to the International shipping program where it will disqualify listings that contain the words lot or set or in my case "private listing for" so instead I have to change it to a simpler title such as (4 books for username) etc. The screening for international shipping eligibilty must be more particular now as this has never been an issue in the past.

Set is allowed. Lot is restricted.
Hard to do customs paperwork for lots of mixed items. But lots of similar items (all books) are OK, but there's no way for eBay to know the distinction in a seller's listing of a mixed item lot or similar item lot so they just restrict them all.
Set implies same type of item. If set is inappropriate, as it often is when items aren't part of a set, then as you mentioned it's best to not use a qualifier and say "4 books" instead.
