Hallo

I make a purchase from seller. I pay for this but in couple of days the purchase disappeared from my history. I contact whit the seller because the item didn't arrive. He tell me to wait more. Then he tell me to ask in our post office. I check a couple of times. Their is no information for this package. Then he tell me that they will resend the item and I wait again. But the item never arrived. I try to contact whit the seller again but he stop to answer of my email.

Please help me to get back my money and stop this seller. There is other negative feedback in their history.

Did you receive a message from eBay that item was removed? Of has it been more than 30 days since the estimated delivery date stated on your purchase History? Is it past the last estimated delivery date?

You post does not gie enough details. If it is past the last estimated delivery date, then click on Resolution Center bottom of this page to open a case. if you are not able to open a case there, and if you paid using Paypal, then open a case in Paypal's Resolution Center. Open an Item Not received case.
