I have problem with packing weight. Seller send me(worldwide shipping) a book and art. Weight would be about 7 kilos because the book weight about 6 kilo. But USPS showed me this: Features: Small Packets
Could this be the seller's error when sending or post office? As I think it can't be small packets if weight about 7 kilos. I just worried because it could be trick. And USPS showed me In Transit to Next Facility 3 times. Is this ok? Please help me. Thanks a lot!

"Seller send me(worldwide shipping) a book and art. Weight would be about 7 kilos because the book weight about 6 kilo. But USPS showed me this: Features: Small Packets".
Depending on the size of the book the package may be considered small if no one dimension is over 12 inches. The weight may not matter depending on the service the seller is using.
"And USPS showed me In Transit to Next Facility 3 times. Is this ok? Please help me"
Does the tracking show that it has arrived and departed different facilities in the information? If it does not, then likely a ground deilvery option was chosen. Packages sent by ground, can often take confusing routes. It may go South first, before being directed East. Then it may go further East, than a delivery location, and has to be sent back West.
Often this is because ground shipments are put on the first available truck to a Hub, where it is put on another truck headed in the right direction, but to another hub, that will transfer the package to another truck, that then goes to the local distribution center.
If you go to USPS tracking it should tell you the shipping method, and if you give us the tracking number it may allow us to help you more.
