You can add up to 5 photos to an eBay message.
So whenever someone says they cannot ship to my address --
I send 5 photos of packages I have received --
to prove that my address works.

does the seller ship internationally?
if yes, it is not uncommon for PayPal/USPS to have an issue with the address when trying to print a label.
In the past, I have seen international addresses be too long and the system rejects and you can't print a shipping label.

Seller probably doesn't ship internationally and wanted to cancel your order without charge. Choosing something is wrong with the shipping address is the quickest solution.

That has happened to me, too. Although it's usually Spain or a South American country. Dutch addresses tend to be fairly simple. But if there is a company name, or an unusually complicated address, it could cause problems.
The seller could be reading the error message kicked back by eBay shipping and thinking that the address is incorrect.
