Hi everyone.thanks for giving me the space to write.I am from argentina and i have been doing purchases since a long time ago.i always buy in ebay usa and send the package to a friend that also lives in usa.he usually send the item back to argentina since some sellers dont do it directly.the problem im having is this: i have only one shipping adress in USA,no direction on argentina or something like that(only my account direction which is in argentina).my paypal adress(my billing adress) is in argentina,but i never had any problem sending purchases directly to usa.There is one seller in singapore that is saying to me that he can only ship my item to my billing direction..this is the first time a seller is saying something like this to me.how is this possible?is there a way to avoid this?may this be something related to singapore?.isnt the seller obliged to send to the shipping adress i choose on checkout??.Thanks!!
