Problem with buyer?

I had listed a reference book and had someone make a low offer that I refused. Then decided to put 3 reference books for same subject including the first one. She made offer and I counter offered and she bought. Tonight she emails me and wants to know when other book will be coming. They were all there and weighed over 2 # each. Scanned at 6# 11.5 oz. if she returns, will Ebay care that it isn’t as heavy? Thanks

No unfortunately eBay won’t care. Because her claim is that 1 is missing. So of course if she returns the 2 she acknowledges she received, the package will be lighter.

Do you have some proof of the actual shipping weight ?

If she returns a much lighter package where did the extra weight go ?

Thanks. Seems there wasn’t a real problem after all.
