Problem with Winning Bidders profile location, invoice address shipping address all being different

I have had this happen twice in the last month. I have ending up cancelling both, I this happening to others? Does Ebay care?

You shouldn't be cancelling the orders. eBay doesn't care about the buyers but they care about you cancelling! If the buyers are international and using a US address then they probably use a forwarding service. I don't understand why you are cancelling?

Provided you have your site preferences set correctly (under Buyer Requirements > Block Buyers > Who Have a Primary Shipping Location I Don't Ship To)  ----- you shoud be shipping every order you get regardless of the buyers location.

As a seller, I ship to whatever address the buyer specifies in Paypal during check-out.  Besides international customers who may have U.S. ship-to address -- re-shipper, relative, business associate, exchange student or long-term visitor -- I also have domestic customers who travel or who want to send a gift to cousin Minnie or Grandma. Personally, as a buyer, I have at least 6 routine ship-to addresses.  When I travel, I sometimes provide the address of my hotel or of a convention venue where I can receive packages.  My eBay registration address may or may not be a ship-to address, and none of the addresses is my residence address. Bottom line:  Why are you cancelling orders that may be perfectly legitimate?  I once had a customer whose lived in Virginia, was working in Pennsylvania on a project . . . and asked me to send his order to Belgium, where he would be spending Christmas holidays with extended family and friends.   No problem!  Done!  Order received quickly and enjoyed by all! ~~C~~
