I’m having an issue with my shipment. The tracking shows it was delivered, but I can’t find it anywhere. I reviewed my security camera footage and ruled out the possibility that it was stolen. It seems eBay only allows you to contact the carrier directly. I’ve already reached out to them via email at CS@orangeconnex.com, but I haven’t received a response yet. Has anyone else experienced something similar?

Thank you. I’ve received the refund, and the issue has been resolved. I also heard back from the carrier, and they confirmed that the delivery address was correct. This suggests that it may have been a scam.

Thank you. I’ve finally received the refund. The issue is solved by choosing return item with reason missing parts. The carrier confirmed that the delivery address was correct (a different one than mine), which suggests that this may be a tracking number scam.
