Problem with SpeedPAK shipping

I’m having an issue with my shipment. The tracking shows it was delivered, but I can’t find it anywhere. I reviewed my security camera footage and ruled out the possibility that it was stolen. It seems eBay only allows you to contact the carrier directly. I’ve already reached out to them via email at CS@orangeconnex.com, but I haven’t received a response yet. Has anyone else experienced something similar?

Sometimes a carrier delivers to the wrong address.

Also, I'm pretty sure that last mile delivery of SpeedPak is through the USPS.  Sometimes USPS carriers mark something as delivered, or mis-scan a package as delivered, when it wasn't really delivered.  If this happened, usually the package arrives a day or a few days later (and you may also see additional scans of the package).

Thank you, this is helpful! I’ve once contacted USPS, and they were able to retrieve my misdelivered package. I’m now waiting to hear back from SpeedPAK to see if they can provide the USPS tracking information. I’ll provide an update as soon as I have more progress.

Actually @theansweris42_1 the answer is 42 and you don't have to wait for the Orange people to wake up.

Instead replace your SpeedPAK tracking number ES1...00N in the URL above, click on the last event, and find your USPS tracking number at the bottom, below the LM tracking No line.

Thank you, but I got really bad news. Instead of USPS, I found a UniUni tracking number. There are some photos for delivery confirmation. The package is of wrong size, and the building is not my home.

Do not file an item not received case. Since it says delivered, you will lose.  You would have to file an item not as described case. That you can win.    If it's a high value item, it could be the fake tracking number scam. If it's a low value item it can be just poor delivery service. In any case, not as described is needed to get a refund it you can't track it down.  Don't let the date to file a case pass by.

You need to open the case within 30 days of when it showed delivered.

At the top right-hand corner of the SpeedPAK tracking page @theansweris42_1 does the From: To: have your 9-digit zipcode?

Or does it have the 9-digit zipcode where that other person's UniUni package was delivered correctly, to them?

It's not useful to wait for the response from UniUni, as that was never your package: That item was legitimately ordered by another person, and correctly delivered to them by UniUni.

At the very beginning -- you were never going to get your item already -- OrangeConnex assigned that UniUni tracking number to your SpeedPAK tracking number, to eventually fake your delivery.

Click RETURN THIS ITEM to start a return request for MISSING PARTS OR PIECES, type 2 lines of comments, upload those photos of that other person's delivery, then Submit request. After 3 business days come back to the return to click Ask eBay to stab it in, if you still don't have a refund.

No, it's still a fake delivery as shown by the delivery photos. You will get a refund as long as you stay the course, don't respond to the seller, and ask eBay to step in a second time after the seller sends you an unusable return label.

If you attempt an Item Not Received refund request, it will close without a refund because the fake tracking shows delivered, and any feedback you leave to warn others will be removed.

Then if you appeal and win, eBay will refund you themselves, and the seller keeps your payment.

Instead, start a missing parts or pieces return request, the comments and photos don't matter because they are meant for the seller and eBay won't look at them, and ask eBay to step in to force the refund if needed.
