Problem with Shipping Options Ebay Says 90 Days to Correct?

I can't believe this one!!!!  All check your shipping options on your listings and look at actual shipping charges the customer will pay in your listing.   I have most of my listings shipping UPSP Flat Rate Padded Envelope.  Just went in to drop my prices from my I phone and got a message problem with shipping and could not fix it.   Went to my laptop to edit my listings and noticed that all of my shipping show Expedite Priority Mail at 25.00 on all of my listings, no wonder I can't sell a thing.  However, in the revision it shows Flat Rate Padded EnvelopE.  I ended one listing and tried to relist and the option for Flat Rate Padded Envelope was gone.  All of my listing show either Priority Express Mail at 25.00 or local pickup only.  It is so screwed up.  I called Ebay and was told they are aware of it and it is a big bug and could take up to 90 days to fix.  I haven't sold anything and told them a customer will not purchase my items if it is going to cost them 25.00 to ship (these are shoes).  I also got angry and told them what I thought of the platform and everytime they do something it creates nothing but problems.  I would advise you to look at your shipping in your store or free listings.  I closed my store subscription and took early penalty because my sales came to a halt.  I now have the 50 free listings and now this.  I am DONE with EBAY.  DOUBLE CHECK YOUR LISTINGS!!!!

Re: Problem with Shipping Options Ebay Says 90 Days to Correct?

I just noticed if you go into your inventory, open a listing to edit it the shipping is reverting to FREE! No matter what listing I open it reverts to free. They changed the way it works in there. There is a drop down with dozens on dozens of shipping settings, no idea what kind of mess is going on here. I am deathly afraid to touch anything in there. I just sold something and the customer paid way more than they should of on the order and I wanted to fix it. Guess this is why my sales have been real slow lately too. Good job eBay messing up something that didn't need fixing.
