My Buyer returned an item for a refund. I want to send the refund. Each time I click "Refund Now," I get the message "There was a problem issuing this refund."
It doesn't tell me what the problem is--or how to resolve it. I can't find anyone to call or email.
Please help!!!

Did you mark that the item was delivered? You can also go into the Paid and ship option in the seller dashboard click the little button under "print label" and click send refund. Otherwise go to the help and contact section in Ebay click on contact us and you can either contact them or have them contact you by phone. Keep in mind they will need the item number so that they can look up the order.

@good-buy-man
Is there enough cleared funds in your Pay Pal account to cover the refund?
If not, the refund will not process.

How do I get to the Seller Dashboard?

Yes, I found it, but when I click "Issue Refund," I get the same message: "There was a problem issuing this refund."
I called the eBay support number, 866-540-3229, and I can't talk with a person. They just refer to the website. I can't find a place to get someone to call me back. This is SO frustrating!!
Please help!

@good-buy-man. As @kensgiftshop mentioned there may not be enough money in your paypal account for the refund.
Keep in mind that paypal took their fees before they deposited your money.
You may need to add money to your paypal account. Unfortunately if you do a transfer from your bank account it takes 3 to 5 days and may be too late to avoid eBay forcing a refund.
