Could someone help me with my problem... I don't know what to do.
I ordered the phone, but it comes defective. Seller asked me to contact with my local repair centre. I padid for diagnostic and said to the seller, that problem is with mother board. Seller asked me to repair it there and he will pay whole repairing. After repairing seller refused to return the money. On paypal dispute only way is to return the phone, but it is the worst solution for me.

You have been strung along by a scammer. And it worked great-for them.
Plus, once you had it repaired, you voided any dispute process eBay would provide.
Buy carefully, never ever repair unless you plan to pay and make sure if it's wrong that you get your money back. You have thirty days ONLY to complain to eBay.
I hope this wasn't an expensive lesson.

Leave feedback for the seller if its been less than 60 days
Once you file a dispute with paypal you cant file one with ebay.

You technically voided the money back guarantee when you had the phone repaired. You only have 30 days from the date of delivery to file with eBay and they too will make you return the phone. If you filed with PayPal, you can’t file with eBay. If you paid with a credit card try disputing the charge. Otherwise you will have to return the phone for a full refund of the purchase price or keep it and get nothing.
