Just started, hopefully it's a glitch that will resolve in a few minutes. The discounted shipping rate for priority is not showing when I list an item. All other rates are discounted, but not regular priority.
I am suddenly not receiving a discounted Flat Rate Priority rate when printing a shipping label through the eBay interface. I went to PayPal Ship Station and received a significant discount compared to the eBay displayed rate. I did have to go back to my orders and manually import the USPS tracking number.
