Printing labels on 4XL Labelwriter

When i go to print labels, my  label is correct  but the print is sideways...Does anyone know how to correct this?

What size label are you choosing when you purchase your labels? 4x6 or 8.5x11"

If you're choosing 4x6 on the eBay purchase shipping label page, then this is probably an issue with your print settings.

As already posted, did you select the ebay 4"x6" label format?  If not do this on the create label page to the right by clicking Show More and Change at the bottom of the that window.

Otherwise, make sure your browser is set to open PDF files with Adobe and not its built in reader.

The Adobe print options should be set to Actual Size and Auto Orientation.  For 4” x 6” size labels, check the box for “Choose paper source by PDF page size”.

If still a problem, come back with OS and browser you are using.  A screen shot of the label preview and output will also help.
