Printing labels from the app

I haven’t been able to print shipping labels from the app for three weeks. I keep getting the “try again later” message. Any one else having this issue? Or have a resolution? I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app and tried it from a different phone.

To print from my tablet I have to close the app and open eBay in my browser.  The app wants to send a QR code to my email.
